In order to receive the refurbished unit you must first order this item and send back the damaged unit to the address below. Once we have received the damaged unit we will ship the RBE unit. Inspectshop is not responsible for the shipping costs accrued from your facility to ours.

We will only ship the same model probe we receive. eg: Exchange RBE SAVEPLUS for damaged SAVEPLUS..
